There are 2 types of membership…

Individual Members (Annual Dues)

$50 for residents of Clallam County and $75 for non-residents (students get a $10 discount).

Memberships help support Peninsula Area Public Access. If you want to take our training classes or use our equipment and facilities you must be a member of PAPA. Individual Membership is for individuals who are not affiliated with an organization that is a member of PAPA.

Our film and studio crew will also assist members in the use of equipment and can offer insight as well as other resources to help the local community produce television content.  PAPA is also partnering with the North Olympic Peninsula Skills Center to help train future filmmakers…

Organizational Members (Annual Dues)

$300 for organizations with a primary place of business in Clallam County, $400 for organizations located outside Clallam County.

Organizational Members are 501© nonprofit entities registered in the state of Washington, government agencies other than the funding jurisdictions, or schools that wish to utilize PAPAservices. Organizational Members may have up to 10 affiliated people covered by the organization’s basic membership. Additional affiliates may be included on the Organization’s roster. An additional fee of $20 per person must be paid for each affiliate in excess of 10.

Membership must be renewed each year the organizations wish to use the Peninsula Area Public Access facilities and equipment or have their members attend our training workshops.

Membership Application

Facility and Equipment Use Fee – $20

Before Individual Members or Organizational Affiliates may reserve PAPA equipment or facilities, an annual $20 Facility and Equipment Fee must be paid. This is in addition to the annual membership dues and is required only if the members plan to use the equipment and facilities provided by Peninsula Area Public Access.

REDThe Facility & Equipment fee is paid once each calendar year, before the first equipment use and expires on Dec 31st of the year in which it is paid. The fee is $20 regardless of the month in which it is paid. It is not a prorated fee.

If you do not plan to use the PAPA equipment or facilities, you do not have to pay the Facility & Equipment Fee.




PAPALGOAs Peninsula Area Public Access grows, we intend to provide resources beyond Clallam County, covering the media needs of the greater Northwest Olympic Peninsula.  In addition to training and equipment/facility use, the staff of PAPA are also available to assist in the production of your content.  These employees of the company specialize in film, television, editing, engineering and broadcast journalism – helping to facilitate the ongoing amount of labor needed to fulfill our mission statement.
